Here are a couple of pages from my sketchbook of this activity, i created a couple of designs from draping the tights and glue over the mannequin.
Lesson 5. Todays workshop we took our glue and cloth sculptures on the chairs from last lesson and cut them apart to see what shapes we had been left with. we then draped our remaining form onto the mannequin to try and create different shapes and ideas that could develop into garments, i feel my group were quite successful in the activity we came up with many different ways on having it on the stand, we then did some observational drawings from this which i can now put into my sketchbook.
